Our history
SSAR was started in 2015. We have a dual-purpose rescue as we strive to ethically save lives of animals in our community. We also strive to put the working dog back into a working home. This includes placing Service dogs, Therapy dogs and Emotional support animals with those who qualify for those special dogs.
