Ways you can help

Our organization is dedicated to providing support to animals in need. We believe that every animal deserves access to a better life, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality for every animal that comes to us in need. Join us in our mission to make a difference!

Being a small rescue, we don't do a lot of events. But when we do have them, we need help setting up and breaking down (tents tables, crates), walking dogs, selling our magnets and other items and keeping water buckets full.

We also do photo shoots and are always in need of support there too!

Fundraising is another big need. Going out and getting support from our community. Donations of food, gift cards or things we can raffle or sell to raise funds.

Supplies: we are always in need of purina proplan al life stages. We go through a lot of food! Both adult and puppy formula!  We are always in need of cleaning supplies (laundry soap, bleach, Lysol)  toys, and beds.  We do have an amazon wish list (linked below)

We need fosters. Fosters are the backbone to any rescue. SSAR provides all vetting for our animals at our vet. We provide food, kennel, beds, blankets and supplies as needed. You supply the love and care.

What if you can't foster? Then you can share our posts on Facebook. You could sponsor an adoption fee, purchase some puppy pads, dog food or toy for our pups in care.

Of course, we always are in dire need of financial support. That is a given when we are fighting for the lives of these innocent animals. There are a variety of ways to financially support us.
